Since 1987, Brazos has been a cornerstone in the roofing and insulation industry. Founded as Brazos Urethane, Inc., we started as a liquid-applied reliable roofing contractor. Over the years, we have evolved into a full-service commercial roofer and insulation expert, known for our innovative solutions and unwavering commitment to quality.
Our journey began with a focus on polyurethane foam insulation and has expanded to include a comprehensive range of roofing and insulation services. With offices in Madera, CA, and Chandler, AZ, we proudly serve the Central California and Greater Phoenix Metropolitan areas and beyond, delivering exceptional results for commercial, industrial, residential, and multi-family projects.
We just finished a whole house remodel of our 3,000 sf home in Gilbert. Our house was an energy hog, so we contacted Brazos. They recommended spray foam and their prices were competitive. We moved forward with the spray foam and couldn’t be happier! Our house no longer has hot spots, and our a/c is much happier not working so hard! Best of all, we’re saving 20% on our electric bill! This is Buddy, our Chief Security Officer and the best in the business. Day and night, he’s on patrol, making sure our equipment and materials are secure. With Buddy on duty, we know our assets are always under a watchful, friendly eye.

Ken Adair is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over 20 years in the construction industry. He has successfully led a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial projects, ranging from ground-up developments to complex renovations. Ken is known for his ability to manage large teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain strict control over budgets and schedules. His hands-on approach, combined with a deep understanding of construction processes and safety protocols, ensures projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

When I’m not at work, I’m usually in the kitchen creating a new recipe or crafting something special with my hands.
